Welcome to the latest edition of 'On the Pulse' the e-newsletter brought to you by Sixth Sense ESP. Microsoft have released a total of 12 patches this week to fix 21 vulnerabilities across their most popular software (Windows, Word, etc.). Microsoft have deemed 8 of these patches as critical, so get downloading!

A recent survey carried out by Emprix reveals that one in five Internet users report that a negative online experience has caused them to stop doing business with a particular company entirely.
