Identity theft attempts

More people than ever are trying to
access your personal details via your computer, without you
knowing it.
The Home Office has estimated that identity theft costs the UK
economy £1.7 billion a year, with £500 million being from
stolen credit card details. This is often down to 'phishing'
emails which trick users into passing over details by trying
to look legitimate.

frequent, thanks to a hacking kit available in the cyber
underworld. The aim of the thieves is to attempt to
intercept credit card details before they are sent to banking
