The Challenge
The British Accreditation Bureau us the UK's leading certification
body, providing bespoke accreditation schemes and consulting advice.
Recently, they moved into providing certification for popular ISO
standards, such as ISO 9000.
In preparation for the move into the market, the British
Accreditation Bureau wanted a fresh, intuitive website layout that
would provide visitors with the necessary information as quickly as
possible. The site had to be well optimised to maximise search engine
rankings and complement the Google AdWords campaign we were managing
for them.
On top of this, the British Accreditation Bureau required an
advanced CRM solution that could manage new enquiries and current
clients. Both the CRM system and website had to offer reporting
facilities for the management team.
The Solution
With such a commanding title, we wanted the British Accreditation
Bureau to have a website that suited their brand. We created a
corporate looking site which remained bright and inviting. With seven
or more services to promote, we had to be efficient with space yet
make a big impact at the same time.
We developed "We'll make you stand out" as the company's motto as a
representation of the British Accreditation Bureau's ethos. The use of
the Sunflower image provides strong symbolisation for this motto, and
is now used throughout all marketing campaigns.
Our use of panels allows us the British Accreditation Bureau to
change content without upsetting the look of the site. Each click a
user makes is tracked so popularity of different services can be
monitored and the contact form relays enough information for the
British Accreditation Bureau's customer service team to deal with the
enquiry quickly.
When it came to their CRM system, we provided an online
InfinityCRM™ solution that tracks each stage of work with the client.
The management team can review individual daily tasks carried out by
staff as well as statistics such as monthly quote amounts and the
website's success on Google.
